Semicircle Design Co. makes all products to order. Because of this we are unable to offer returns. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and we will work with you toward a resolution. We are unable to offer returns for damages beyond the 48-hour window.
