The Avalon Coffee Table was originally designed for a cozy TV room in a stunning mid century home in the Berkeley Hills. The collection mixes a rich warm solid wood top with softly rounded edges and a squared off raw steel base. The materials compliment each other and come together to create understated, elegant and practical furniture meant for everyday use.

Materials
Top: solid walnut or oak with oil finish
Base: raw steel with wax finish
The raw steel base of this coffee table is coated with a wax finish. This finish will prevent severe rust from forming but the base will still patina naturally over time. This patina is part of the beauty of this product and is not considered a defect.
The wood top of this table is coated with an oil based finish that protects the wood and enhances it's natural beauty. The finish will not protect the wood from water rings left by a glass or nicks or dings.
