Return Policy 

Semicircle Design Co. makes all products to order. Because of this we are unable to offer returns. If your item arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged item and we will work with you toward a resolution. We are unable to offer returns for damages beyond the 48 hour window. 

 

Special Orders

We offer limited customizations within our line. Please contact us regarding custom sizes, materials and finishes. Customizations may be subject to an additional charge. 

 

Trade Discounts

At this time we do not offer trade discounts for individual items. If you are ordering several items please contact us for a quantity discount. 

 

Materials

Semicircle Design Co. uses natural materials such as wood, metal and leather. We put the utmost care and consideration into selecting our materials and constructing our products. These materials have natural variations in color, texture, wood grain, tarnish and other properties. Unsealed metals will patina and change with time. Oxygen, water, oils, and fingerprints will cause changes in the coloration of unsealed metal surfaces making each piece unique. Natural materials such as wood and stone have unique characteristics and vary from the images represented on our website. These variations are natural and not considered a defect.
